The applications which are presented on the linked
web site are meant to be easy to use business application tools.
Most modules can be downloaded and run on your own server or be run over
the
internet on the site's production servers.

is to provide customer satisfaction through functional and easy
to use products.
Please keep in mind that the tools are currently
beta products. The planned production date is June 2006. If
you try them out and find there is functionality that you must have before
you can use
them then feel free to let them know. Your
input will be appreciated.
The products have been developed for the IBM AS/400/iSeries/i5
model servers. They use Websphere Application Server as the middle
tier. These servers have now been in existence for
18 years and continue to be the most secure,
most reliable and best performing ones on the market.
For those customers who wish to use this company's
production serers they will offer full user set-up and user security.
They will also provide for the back-up and security of your data.
All you
would need is the equipment to connect over the
internet.
Current Web Application Tools
Help Desk/Project Tracker – This product is built
to track fixes, requests or major projects through the change control process.
The application can check for approval authorities. The application
also
logs the chain of events through the process.
An easy presentation can display what is outstanding for an individual
to work on for the day. Management pages are also available for the
high level overview. This product can be run on your own server or
on our business partner's production server. Please read the PDF

Security Module – This product is built to secure
the entry points to the I5 server. The application checks FTP, DDM,
SQL and many other access points that do not always use the normal sign-on
procedures. All access points are logged to a common file for user
review. This module can not be demoed on the existing test site.

Frequently Asked Questions – This product is built
to serve as an easy repository of information. Users can ask questions
or search for answers. Other individuals can be set up as the key
question
solvers. Questions can also be organized
into groups for so they can be searched by area of interest. This
is an easy way to get the right answer to the right people. This
product can be run on your own server or on our business partner's production

Scheduling Module - This product is built to serve
as an easy mechanism to schedule a client to personnel. There are many
concepts that can be taken into consideration and customized within this
module such as zones, services, abilities and date/time availability matching.
The majority of pages can be customized to suit the business in which a
scheduling tool may be needed. There are connection points for billing
and payroll services as well. This product can be run on your own server
